Shipping fresh products
Fresh products are usually shipped within a maximum of 24 hours after order receipt. They are shipped in sepcial boxes to keep the freshness.
Shipping charges include the cost of preparing , packing and shipping costs. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport fees depends on the total package weight and destination.
We accompany each shipment by the necessary documents and we regularly work with the following airlines:

Shipping frozen products
All shipments are controlled initially by the Mauritanian state and if necessary a second inspection by a control comapny as SGS or Bureau Veritas, can take place.
Shipments are made by sea, with a delay of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the destination, by respecting European standards.
After each shipment , we deliver the necessary export documents: Health certificate Commercial invoice Bil of Loading (BL), certificate of origin etc.. .
